The Kimberly School District uses the Star Test to analyze the strengths and struggles of our readers and we specifically look for growth over time. Star testing provides diagnostic data that can help teachers tailor individualized instruction and practice for students in reading. Our Librarians organize and ensure that Star Testing takes place at least three times a year. (Fall, Winter, and Spring.) This testing works in tandem with Accelerated Reader.
