You can also scroll down past the weekly read alouds to links which access thousands of stories that you can read and some that can be read to you. You will also find a couple of videos made by Mrs. Grover (SES) to help you navigate lili.org for additional reading and research material. Additional Resources for Books and Research
- Junior LIbrary Guild: This site features free ebooks and audiobooks including many of the newest releases.
- Kimberly Public Library:The Kimberly Public Library offers online resources and ebooks for you to enjoy.
- Tumble Books: There are many books for all levels offered here! You have the choice of selecting books that you can read to yourself or have the story read to you. Some stories also feature a video. This site will provide something for everyone and it is very easy to navigate.
- Scholastic At Home Learning: This free site provided by Scholastic contains stories, videos, and activities for students through 9th grade. I love it and think the students will too!
- Audible:This site contains read alouds for all ages. It is an Amazon company that will be free as long as schools are closed.
- Epic:This site also contains many great readers for all levels. HAVE A PARENT HELP WITH THIS. Parents can get a 30 day free trial.
- Libraries Linking Idaho:Lili.org is used in our library by 3rd - 5th graders. For a limited time, Lili is offering some great options for online reading for Idaho students. Mrs. Grover has created a couple of videos to help you navigate the site. If lili.org requires a log in, use our zip code, 83341, and our city, Kimberly.
- How to Access Ebooks, Audiobooks and So Much More on Lili This video was created by Mrs. Grover to help you locate the resources shared by Lili.
- World Book for Kids on Lili: Mrs. Grover created this video to help students navigate lili.org. This site is extremely beneficial if teachers are assigning research for your students.
- Twin Falls Public Library:The Twin Falls Public Library offers online resources and ebooks. Some resources are free and others require a library card.Library cards are free to those who live in the Twin Falls city limits. A library card can be purchased by those outside of those limits if you wish.Have an adult help you as you navigate this site.
