The Board encourages employee participation in decision making for the School District.
With the aid of professional and non-professional employees, the Superintendent shall formulate channels (a building advisory committee) for the ready communication of ideas regarding the operation of the schools. The Superintendent shall inform the Board of any recommendations in presenting reports of administrative action and recommendations for Board action.
The Superintendent shall include in the development of rules, regulations, and arrangements for the operation of the school system, whenever feasible, those employees who will be affected by such provisions.
School Board Staff Relationship The Superintendent shall transmit all communications form the Board to the instructional staff, administrative staff, and non-instructional staff. The Superintendent shall transmit communications from all staff members to the Board.
