As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees/Directors in attendance at 2024 ISBA Annual Convention. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at such event.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Kimberly School District #414 that a work session will be held at 12:00 p.m. in the district board room on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 141 Center Street West, Kimberly, ID 83341. There will be no public comment. Discussion will be had regarding the Long Range Plan/Master Building Plan and this session will be available on zoom.

Possible action may be taken.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Kimberly School District #414 that a negotiation meeting with KEA for FY25 will be held at 4:00 P.M. in the District Office in the Round Building at 141 Center Street West, Kimberly, ID. 83341 on Monday May 6, 2024.
Executive Session as needed per Idaho Code 74-206(1)j to conduct deliberations concerning labor negotiations.
This special meeting of the Board of Trustees is called pursuant to Title 33 and Chapter 2, Title 74-206A Idaho Code.
Note: This meeting is open to the public; however, no public comment or questions will be taken.
