Special School Board Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Kimberly School District No. 414 that the Board of Trustees has called a Special Meeting to be held on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the Kimberly School District Board Room, located at 141 Center Street West, Kimberly, ID 83341.

The purpose of this open session meeting is to take action on the following items for FY26:

• Negotiations
• Insurance
• Salary schedules
• Contracts

Additionally, the Board will review parking lot bids and provide guidance to the Building Committee regarding a potential bond.

This Special Meeting is being held in accordance with Title 33 and Chapter 2, Title 74 of the Idaho Code.

Notice is hereby given to the patrons of Kimberly School District #414 that a negotiation meeting with the Kimberly Education Association (KEA) for Fiscal Year 2026 will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
Location: District Office – Round Building, 141 Center Street West, Kimberly, ID 83341

This meeting is open to the public; however, public comment or questions will not be taken during the session.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of School District No. 414 that the Board of Trustees has scheduled a Special Meeting on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Kimberly School District Office, located at 141 Center Street West, Kimberly, ID 83341.

The agenda will include an Executive Session as authorized by Idaho Code Section 74-206. During the Executive Session, the Kimberly Board of Education will discuss one or more of the following: (b) the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member, individual agent, or public-school student.

Possible action may be taken following the Executive Session.

This meeting is called in accordance with Title 33, Chapter 2, and Title 74 of the Idaho Code.
