This will be conducted at the Round Administrative Building at 141 Center St. W., Kimberly, ID 83341

This Special Meeting will be held for the sole purpose of considering an Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(b) for personnel matters and § 74-206(1)(f) for communication with legal counsel regarding pending or probable litigation.

 EXECUTIVE SESSION

  • Pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(b), the Board will consider entering into Executive Session to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member, individual agent, or public school student.
  • Pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(f), the Board will consider entering into Executive Session to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.
