NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Kimberly School District #414 will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in the Board Room (Round Building) of the Administrative Building, 141 Center Street West, Kimberly, Idaho. 

This meeting will include an Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(b): 

To consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member, individual agent, or public-school student. 

Following Executive Session, the Board will return to Open Session to consider and take action regarding the following items: 

• FY26 Superintendent Evaluation 

• FY27 Offer 

• FY27 Salary Schedules 

• FY27 Employee Contracts 

• FY27 Employee Insurance Benefits
