Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Kimberly School District No. 414 Board of Trustees may be present at the Idaho School Boards Association (ISBA) Annual Convention, November 4–6, 2026, in Boise, Idaho.

Board members will be attending conference sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.

No official Board meeting will be conducted, no District business will be deliberated as a Board, and no action will be taken.
