Cassandra Searby serves as the Board Clerk for the Kimberly School District. In her role, she supports district leadership, staff, and trustees by managing contracts, payroll, onboarding, and compliance, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the district. She is also actively engaged in public relations, helping to strengthen communication and foster positive connections between the schools and the community.
Beyond her work in the district office, Cassandra is deeply involved in the community. She currently serves as President of the Kimberly Boosters, where she helps lead fundraising efforts, athletic support, and community events that showcase true Bulldog pride.
A lifelong believer in teamwork and service, Cassandra values Kimberly’s small-town spirit and the partnerships that strengthen the district’s mission. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on youth sports, and channeling her creativity into supporting local organizations and foundations.
