Stricker Elementary is seeking to hire a Counselor for the 2024-2025 School Year!
As a Guidance Counselor at Stricker Elementary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and social-emotional development of students in grades K-5. Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration skills, you will promote student success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Idaho Teaching Certificate, preferably with endorsement 7022 for School Counselor (K-12).
- Experience in school counseling or a related field is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
