NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Kimberly School District #414 that there may be a possible quorum of the Board of Trustees on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of a Board Tour of Kimberly School District.

No business of the Board is scheduled or will be conducted.

No meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.

This notice is provided to fulfill the requirements of Idaho State Code regarding public meeting notices.
