Authorization to Pro-Rate

This form allows classified employees of the Kimberly School District to choose whether they would like their annual earnings pro-rated—that is, distributed evenly over 12 months—rather than receiving payment only during months in which they actively work.

This election supports financial consistency and continued access to applicable benefits throughout the year.
