Each learner is unique, both in needs and abilities. Master teachers are able to identify and honor this uniqueness throughout instruction. Instruction that does so is often called differentiated instruction. The science and art of differentiating curriculum and instruction is quite complex and effective. The Kimberly School District strives to empower all of our students. In an effort toward this, we have enacted a specific professional development program to support teacher leaders in differentiated instruction.
