NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Kimberly School District Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Board Room, 141 Center Street West, Kimberly, Idaho.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider Policy 3360 – Extracurricular Transportation, including the proposed implementation of an extracurricular transportation fee and related transportation funding options for the 2026–2027 school year. The Board will also conduct a second reading of Policy 3530 and Form 3530F, including consideration of retiring the current versions and adopting revised versions.

This meeting is open to the public. 

HEARING OF VISITORS 

The Board will accept public comment on agenda items only prior to Board action. Comments must be limited to the item under consideration. Public comment on topics not listed on this agenda will not be accepted during this special meeting. Speakers will be allotted up to three (3) minutes.
