Class Sequence

Introduction to Information Technology is a required prerequisite for all advanced classes. Students coming from other districts may use an equivalent class or experience to fufill this requirement.

Networking (or Cisco Semester 1) is strongly suggested for students intending to study Microsoft, Novell or UNIX/Linux network administration or web design, and is required to progress in the Cisco track.

Many courses are spread over multiple semesters. They are numbered accordingly. Please see table below for details.

The Oracle Academy has not been added to the following chart. Before beginning the Oracle classes, it is important that you have a good general grasp of network computing. At least one class in addition to Intro or significant experience is strongly suggested.
