The current superintendent, John Garner, has a distinguished career with the District and is moving to another superintendency in Oregon. Qualified candidates must: 1) hold or be eligible for an Idaho superintendent certificate, 2) possess a successful K-12 teaching record, 3) demonstrate a successful school administrator record, 4) demonstrate or have the potential for successful superintendent leadership, 5) possess an understanding of Idaho school finance and law, 6) demonstrate collaborative leadership and community relations, and 7) demonstrate student-centered professional and personal attributes.
